Privacy Policy

LifeTango.com is a Vita Qualitas, LLC company.

Registration

At registration, LifeTango collects a member's Email Address (which also operates as the member's "user" name or "login" name on the site) and First Name/Nickname. LifeTango will never share a member's Email Address publicly on the site or with other individuals, groups, organizations, or companies, except where required by law.

Life List and Goals

LifeTango is an online service that allows individuals and groups to create and manage their Life List (or list of things they want to do in their life). Each item or goal has a privacy level:

• By default, each goal is "Private," meaning only the member who created the goal can see it when he or she is logged into the site.
• "Friends and Family" only, meaning only those friends and family members who the member invites, via email, can see the goal when they visit and are logged into the site.
• "Public," meaning anyone visiting LifeTango.com can search for and view the goal.

Members maintain control over the privacy settings of each of their goals and can change them at any time.

Profiles

In addition to creating and managing goals, members can also create a personal Profile. Members are not required to provide any personal Profile information, and even for the Profile information they wish to provide, members maintain control over the privacy level of each item. By default, the only two Profile fields that are Public are First Name/Nickname and Country of Residence. By default, all other Profile information is Private, meaning only the member can see the Profile information when he or she is logged into the site. Members maintain control over the privacy settings of each of their Profile items and can change them at any time. Additionally, LifeTango will never share a member's Last Name or Email Address with other LifeTango members, or other individuals, groups, organizations or companies, except as required by law. It is not even an option to make these two fields Public or searchable.

Email

Email addresses are used as the "user" name or "login" name for members on the site. They are also used to send member's reminders, notifications, account information, and more. LifeTango will never share a member's Email Address with other LifeTango members, or other individuals, groups, organizations, or companies.

Non-site-members can also provide their email address to receive the LifeTango email newsletter without signing up for a free LifeTango membership. For these individuals, the email address will only be used to send the newsletter and related communications, and LifeTango will never share the email address with LifeTango members or other individuals, groups, organizations, or companies. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe from future email communications at any time.

LifeTango members may also provide email addresses for Friends and Family members they wish to invite to see their goals. These email addresses will only be used to invite those individuals to the site to view the goals, as well as notifications related to the goals they have been invited to see. LifeTango will never share these email addresses with other LifeTango members or other individuals, groups, organizations, or companies. Individuals invited by LifeTango members to view that member's goals may opt out of all future communications.

Cookies and Site Tracking and Reporting

LifeTango also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate member data, browser type, etc. from members and visitors to the site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve the website. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to members. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

IP addresses may be used for various purposes, including:

• To diagnose or service technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are associated with the IP addresses controlled by a specific web company or ISP.
• To tailor advertising based on geographic area or other information derived from your IP address. Aggregate information derived from IP addresses may also be reported to advertisers.
• To estimate the total number of users visiting LifeTango from specific geographical regions.

A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. If you reject all cookies, you will not be able to use LifeTango products or services that require you to "sign in," and you may not be able to take full advantage of the LifeTango service. LifeTango uses its own cookies for a number of purposes, including to:

• Access your information when you "sign in".
• Keep track of preferences you specify while you are using LifeTango services.
• Display the most appropriate advertising banners, based on your interests and activity on LifeTango.
• Estimate and report our total audience size and traffic.
• Conduct research to improve LifeTango's content and services.

Promotions

From time to time, LifeTango or a partner, may sponsor a promotion, sweepstakes or contest on LifeTango. Users may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information to certain ad partners that you have explicitly requested to receive information from. It will be clear at the point of collection who is collecting the personal information and whose privacy statement will apply.

Special Cases

LifeTango may be required to disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas, warrants, court orders or legal process or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, including without limitation, fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of LifeTango's terms of use, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Merger or Acqusition

We will transfer information about you if LifeTango is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, LifeTango will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the LifeTango web site before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

LifeTango Employees

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. Your LifeTango Account Information is password-protected.

Updates to This Policy

LifeTango may update this policy at any time for any reason. If there are any significant changes to how we handle personal information we will send a notice to the email address specified in your LifeTango account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.

Children and LifeTango

Children under 13 are not permitted to use LifeTango without parental/guardian consent and oversight, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for children's use of the site. Parents or guardians of children under 13 using the site assume responsibility for their children's usage of the site.
