got up before dawn this morning and jogged the 4.5 miles or so to the Mexico border... yeah! if I can keep this up, there's a good deal of danger I might get back in shape eventually... jogging in...

it wasn't a real 5K, it was about 5K out of the 10+K Petaluma Turkey Trot. close enough for me. a lot of uphill in there too, so even if I didn't make 5 kilometers I expended about the same amount ...
