1 point for 12k steps (on a pedometer) OR 30 more min of exercise (1/day, 6/week max)
Up to 6 points/week for achieving your diet, weight loss, eating, calories goal for the week.
Must earn 180 points, at least 120 of which come from exercise and/or steps.
