Great ideaGood idea with the exercise plan! Start small and build it up! Couple exercise with nutrition for maximum results!(nutrition isnt always just to help lose weight. A good protein-rich diet can improve gym results ten fold). I suggest you check out some of these sites to help you with your plan. www.sparkpeople.com (great motivational community, well rounded health app) www.fitday.com (very basic, barebones nutrition and fitness. Great for experienced user, very customizable.) www.traineo.com (This one wont count calories for you, but it is good for daily tracking. Perfect if you dont have time to log calories and stuff) Hope you succeed! Geoff
