Description:
This goes with losing 30 lbs. I need to change my diet to be healthier. I've lost 50 lbs in the past with weight watchers, but it all comes back after the diet is over. I don't really want to diet anymore, I just want to eat healthier and exercise regularly. I heard about the Okinawan Diet and bought the book. I'd like to explore diet changes in 2009.
