I have also started doing pilates three times a week after getting a book from the library. I am currently on track and whenever I think of skipping a day, I like to think of a little saying in the book. After 10 sessions you will feel the difference, after 20 you will see the difference, and after 30 you will have a whole new body! I love it.

Haven't Given UpI know it looks bad for me, the great amount of time from the promise and still no fulfillment. But I haven't given up yet. My plans are to start this week. I've got everything I need, just the will power...
