Description:
A first draft of the book is currently in the mail. I am to proof it for final corrections, note changes and then have Lulu 'publish' the book via its store. But I am the only one to have ever read it. What have I got? I don't know, I'm way too close to it. So before I finalize the copy, I will find a literate friend to critically review it to tell me what works and what doesn't work and to what degree I should have any confidence in the book (or be embarrassed by it).

This is a great goalHaving written a manuscript myself, I know how much work and also how much enjoyment comes from the creative process. I also know what you mean about sometimes being too close to things. Let me know if you'd like me to read portions of your book and give feedback.
