Description:
I have severe arthritis so losing weight is essential to joint health. I intend to lose 50 lbs and exercise daily to reach my desired weight goal of 120 lbs., to have looser joints and to feel better about myself. I'm using menus from http://www.drmcdougall.com and http://www.sparkpeople.com You can create your own exercise program using Sparkpeople. I'm limiting the amount of meat I eat since I just feel better avoiding it, and I've cut oils, butter & margarine out of my diet too. Only use a very small amount of cooking spray. Drink at least 8 cups of water daily. More if you're working out and breaking a sweat!
