Description:
blacks and native americans got raw deals, and the effects of the theft of land and service remain today in disparity of wealth. while most think reparations should come from the government, i'm in favor of a grassroots initiative. i think a website that could match willing repayers to the descendants of those who were wronged might be a step in the right direction.

first draftat least got the basic goal down. see reparations.unternet.net for the first draft.

no links allowed in description, so...i think this approach would obviate most of the arguments against reparations.
