CraptasticI strained my hip adductor muscles last night (groin). Crap, crap, crap. Some of these goals will have to wait for next week. I'm so freakin' bummed.

GoodLast night I got a pretty darn good cardio workout in (for me, anyhoo) - 5 minutes rowing, 18 minutes treadmill, and 5 minutes UBE. I probably won't be doing anything tonight, though, my hip/low back seems pretty fuxored, but ya never know, I might surprise myself...
