Failing Miserably Just to be honest here. I've not given up but I've yet to find anything that I can be as loyal to as this habit. I'm not into food, drugs or alcohol so I'm left feeling like "Now what?" when I don't have a smoke. Just the truth- for now. However, I have cut down. At first when I quit, I ended up smoking more than ever when I started again (not long after I quit)--but now I'm controlling it a lot better.

please do it as soon as possible... i'm not a smoker but support you with this goal,it saves your health and "money",so try to do it as soon as possible,i think must work should done in your mind...so wish you a big luck in reaching this goal...

You can do it!I used to be a moderate smoker - sometimes half a pack a day. I decided that I wanted to quit, changed the habits that I associated with smoking, and went for it. Cold turkey. The first few weeks were miserable, the cravings were intense. But it's now been over two months, and I don't even want to smoke anymore.

failing miserablyI'm not sure about this one. It's a good idea but I've yet to find any good behaviors to replace it. Can't chew gum as I'm one of those chomper types lol. I can't handle all the nicotine in those patches (steady release) and I don't believe in trading in one drug for another. I'll work on it.
