Description:
-Start rental management company as a part time job while working full time in the finance field. -Buy a dublex and rent them out for a positive cash flow. -Get cash out loan to buy another property with the dublex as collateral. -buy 1 to 2 investment property every year for rental or sell at a profit. -The rental management company, I will be a property manager and will be paid as an employee with a salery. -Also start a General contracting company so that I can make my own estimates on my property and hire contractors to do the job.
