I'm there!I feel like the completion of my 2nd triathalon 15 minutes faster than last year made I huge difference in my attitude about myself. I am not a toothpick but I am a strong and healthy athlete who can accomplish my goals. So I am saying Good-bye to the negative thoughts that have haunted me for years.

I've decided I have more important things to worry about than weight. I will eat healthy and exercise because they make me feel good. If I keep wieghing the same, that's life and I will be happy that I am fit and healthy.
