Description:
My current BMI index of 20 indicates healthy weight. However, being a guy of small frame, I have always wanted to gain at least another 20 lbs (particularly, muscle mass on arms, chest, and legs). I have already started a regular weight training program and maintained it for about 3 months. I also plan on eating 4-6 nutritious, protein-rich meals a day. Daily exercise goes well, just slacking on the weekend. Diet plan is a total disaster. I eat between 2-3 meals a day instead. I have thought about HGH (Human Growth Hormones) but eventually abandoned the idea for the high cost of clinically-proven HGH injections and possible side effects. I plan on sticking to a consistent diet and exercise plan!
