I guess this is the first day.



I don't know if this counts or not, but I guess it will have to won't it? Because this whole day was consumed by the flight. I ate pretty well. Calorie counting..here it goes!

Morning:
1 Waffle+Sugar Free Syrup- 233
1  banana-172
1 carton of milk-120

Lunch:
English Muffin-140
Cereal- 160
Naan + Chicken Curry- 160

Dinner:
1 McDonald's Grilled Chicken Sandwich-420
Fries-310
Ketchup-60

Cereal- 160

OR NOT. That was a total of 1900 calories. I think it was all right because it was "healthy" calories. I didn't need the cereal in both instances...neither did I need the naan. But I guess it was a good idea, because then I would have been starving. Tomorrow's challenge? That delectable chicken mom makes. I can only have ONE serving, because I know that is at least 300 calories per chicken slice, with all that butter and ranch on top who knows how bad it is. I guess I'll toast some bread and make it my "big" meal of the day. I don't know how I'm going to do food and work, because I'm definetley not going to eat there. Who knows.

I think I did all right. Except I didn't really need the cereal, that was more of a welcome home, wind down woosh kind of meal. I don't know why I had it. I can always fall back on cereal and hopefully it won't harm me. I don't like how it makes me full though. Hopefully, I will be able to get all my healthy food tomorrow. I'm working tomorrow, but am I working Wednsday? Am I doing cross country? Can I find a skip it. I need a black shirt. And some weights. BAH.
