I've registered to eBay as a Seller, and have a few succesful sales under my belt. I'm registered on Craigslist. I have experience buying delinquent storage units at auctions. I have the capital necessary to buy my first few storage units. I have plenty of vacation time to hit some mid-week auctions. Future action steps:
- Find a location to sell furniture on consignment
- Look up all possible storage auction sources
- Move packing materials to my condo
- Sell several more items I currently own on eBay
- Schedule my first auction appearance in an affluent part of town.

I have 5-6 online sources for storage unit auctions that will serve all my sourcing needs. I've moved almost all the packing materials left from my parents' house to my condo. I've taken vacation 11/13 to 11/19. There are some auctions occuring on the 17th & 18th that I'll be attending. Since advertising my car on Craigslist, I'm now familiar with that format. Future action steps:
- Find a location to sell furniture and larger items on consignment.
- Sell several more items on Ebay.
- Choose specific auctions to attend & put them in my calender.
- Buy 1 - 3 delinquent storage units.
- Be sure to speak with the auctioneers to get auction info I may be missing.
