Hi!
I am new to this site, I really need to get my health undercontrol. I eat when I am happy, I eat when I am sad, I eat when I socalize and I eat when I am board, I eat when I am stressed. Everyone has heard this all before just as much as I have said this all before! I picked this site because I can journal better on the computer than a journal in hand.
My goal when my kids started school last week was to walk 30 min daily that they are at school and to cut back on the food I am eating..and start to make healthier choices as I am getting older and wider. I really need to make this happen as I see photos of myself and just cannot even believe whom I have become...someone that I am not.
