Day one for goal setting. Try to get some focus and organization back in my life. I've been in a bit of a rut lately and I've determined it's due to too many "projects", namely unfinished. Also I'm becoming less organized and too much stuff is laying around my house. So rather than deal with it I've been hiding from it, procrastinating and now is the time to get back on track. I think it's one of the main reasons I've gained a few pounds in the last year (15) - uggh!!!
