5 goals


Well, Im new to this. It seems like it will be very helpful. I hope so. I really need something to give me that extra push. Ive tried alot, but nothings helped so far.

 My first goal is to lose some weight. Im hoping to get this going soon. I always seem to stay down after a set back and i dont want that this time. I know it can be done.

 Im planning on using walking/running as a big tool. Im thinking that I only want to do this at night, until I get comfortable with people watching me. I feel stupid saying that, but its true. Im alittle round around the edges..... enough to be uncomfortable about my body.

 Its dark outside now and Im thinking about going out, but its slippery too..... Im not sure. I havent decided on how to fit this into my busy life yet.......
