I have set up my "dawn simulator" lamp and alarm and I'm going to try it.  I need to reset my circadian rythyms, according to the SAD literature.  This lamp is supposed to help. 
I am feeling pretty good today.  At the moment, 11:20 p.m., I am pretty hungry.  I ate too many cookies for desert tonight.  They were so good, though!
I like having this site where I can track my goals, meals, progress, etc.    This seems to be the simplest of all the sites I have checked.  I would like it to be a little less liner and more "clustery", but the clustery sites cost.  I need "free" right now.  There are other ways I can be artistic, like writing in maroon and highlighting in olive green.
